The 2022 growing season provided us with ideal conditions for growing high quality Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Cooler nights during the late part of the season retained the regions trademark aromatics and acidity.
In the winery, the fruit was gently pressed and the juice fermented at cool temperatures to capture the expressive fruit flavours from the vineyards.
Enjoy lively aromas of grapefruit, orange, passionfruit and sweet herbs. Ripe apricot, mandarin and currant flavours round out the palate.
Best enjoyed with contemporary seafood and chicken cuisine, or with Asian inspired flavours.
